not change and should not change is the health insurance of the employee.
Working from home does not mean that the employee is not your responsibility.
The employee is still working for you; his/her health is still valuable to your
company.
People are no more bound to look for a job
according to geographical location. However, some companies still want their
employees to stay at a drivable distance to have a face-to-face meeting, once a
week or a month. Some companies will look for employees nationally or even
